Course:  Introduction to Short Sales

This session will detail what a short sale is and relate applicable laws to actual practice in Pennsylvania.  At the conclusion of the course students will be able to identify the steps involved in a foreclosure as well as explain the short sale transaction process.  Students will also be able to provide services to protect the seller client as well as the buyer client during short sale transactions.  The Consumer Notice and requirements will be discussed along with ways to reduce risk during such transactions.
