Please make plans to stay for the entire session.

Arrive on time, the sessions start promptly and every effort is made to finish on time.

Oreintation sessions for New REALTOR® members:

REALTOR® Orientation covers the Bylaws of the local Association; the Bylaws of the State Association; and the Constitution, Bylaws and Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
a means by which authorized Participants make blanket unilateral offers of compensation to other Participants by which cooperation among participants is enhanced MLS Orientation (attendance required only if applicant is to be affiliated with a Participant of MLS) covers the Rules and Regulations of the Association's MLS.

Applicants shall complete tow (2) half-day courses of instruction.

Applicants shall pass such reasonable and nondiscriminatory written protocol reveiws as may be required by Committee.

Applicants shall agree in writing that if elected to membership he/she will abide by such Constitution, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Code of Ethics.
