Gary has approximately 10 years real estate experience in Maryland. He served on many committees on the local, and state levels. He is a certified trainer and has designed and taught many classes. He has a very strong business background as well and he holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is also a greaduate of the Maryland Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy. His CCAR responsiblities include:

Board of Directors & Committee liaison
Strategic plan administrator
Governance oversight

Sherri Walker, Member Services

Sherri joined CCAR in 2000 after work experiences with The American Society of Transportation Logistics and the Pennsylvania Rural Water Association. A strong background related to computer software business applications definitely has proven to be valuable in her capacity as Member Services Coordinator. Responsiblities on behalf of the association:

MLS information and maintenance of data integrity
Health insurance coordinator
Membership application and orientation
Member services information and benefits
 

Kathleen Suckar, Events & Special Projects Coordinator

Kathi joined the CCAR staff in 2009. Her past experience brings great insight to CCAR programs, events and activities. The Events Coordinator responsiblities involve communication with nearly 400 members on a wide range of activities including the annual golf tournament, community service auction, food drive, Toys for Tots drive plus educational sessions. As the Special Projects Coordinator, Kathi will be responsible for the research and coordination of special projects undertaken by the association.
