PAR Professional Standard Training Seminar

Important Information:

Each year PAR holds a series of Professional Standards training seminars to help train memebers involved in the Professional Standards enforcement process. Attendance at one of the yearly seminars is mandatory for all CCAR Officers, Directors, Staff, Grievance and Professional Standards Committee Members.

Orientation sessions for New REALTOR® members:

REALTOR® Orientation covers the Bylaws of the local Association; the Bylaws of the State Association; and the Constitution, Bylaws and Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.

MLS Orientation (attendance required only if applicant is to be affiliated with a Participant of MLS) covers the Rules and Regulations of the Association's MLS.

Applicants shall complete two (2) half-day courses of instruction.

Applicants shall pass such reasonable and nondiscriminatory written protocol reviews as may be required by Committee.

Applicants shall agree in writing that if elected to membership he/she will abide by such Constitution, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Code of Ethics.
